CHALLENGE – Manager Adventure
Are you ready to take the next step, to grow and
flourish? Then take on this Challenge that will take you all the way to the
brand-new event Manager Adventure. This challenge is your only tool to get access
to this All-inclusive weekend designed to energize you and give you the tools
on your way forward and upwards on your journey.
What is Manager Adventure?
This event is all about you. Manager Adventure is a two-day experience where focus lies on personal growth and elevating your business. Imagine team-building adventures, collaborative workshops, and powerful connections with other leaders.
Manager Adventure will take place May 23-25 at Tjörnbro Arena on Sweden’s stunning west coast. Here we will be spending our time both indoors and outdoor. Learning from each other, challenging ourselves and getting new inspiration and ideas. Manager Adventure will be your place to grow.

MANAGER ADVENTURE CHALLENGE

This challenge sets the tone for a successful year, giving you a strong start for other incentives ahead such as KEY, Eagle, and more — plenty of reasons to get into that goalsetting mindset and make it happen.
What to do and what you get
LEVEL 1
To qualify
- Be 4CC active each month
- Achieve 10CC each month or a total of 40CC during the Qualification period.
- Only Personal CC and New CC counts
- Recruit 2 new Assistant Supervisors that make a minimum of 5CC each
Reward
- All-inclusive two-day Event at Tjörnbro Arena 24-25 May
- Overnight stay Saturday to Sunday in shared accommodation
- Lunch, snacks and dinner Saturday
- Breakfast and lunch Sunday.
- Business training, workshops and inspirational speakers
- Activities such as yoga, crosstraining, walking, kajak, challenges, sauna, bath, cycling…
LEVEL 2
To qualify
- Be 4CC active each month
- Achieve 15CC each month or a total of 60CC during the Qualification period.
- Only Personal CC and New CC counts
- Recruit 2 new Assistant Supervisors, that make a minimum of 5CC each
Reward
- All-inclusive All-inclusive Three-day Event at Tjörnbro Arena 23-25 May
- Overnight stay Friday to Sunday in shared accommodation
- Dinner Friday evening
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner Saturday
- Breakfast and lunch Sunday.
- Business training, workshops and inspirational speakers
- Activities such as yoga, crosstraining, walking, kajak, challenges, sauna, bath, cycling…
Travel expenses are not included in the reward
NEW MANAGER QUALIFICATION
Become a Manager during the Qualification period by achieving 120 CC within 2 consecutive calendar months, or 150 CC within 3 or 4 consecutive calendar months.
